Powerhouse Ministries was recently awarded a grant from the
Emergency Food and Shelter Program.
With this grant, we are able to extend financial assistance for food, utilities (PG&E/SMUD), and rent/mortgage. Please keep this in mind for those who are in need. There are definite restrictions. For instance, rent/mortgage assistance (homeless prevention) is limited to the Folsom and Orangevale communities, and assistance for utilities does not include deposits.
